Four double en suite bedrooms (2 can be converted to be either: a KING, a TWIN or even a TRIPLE) and a single room which along with one of the double rooms are perfect as a parent/child suite.

 

Furnished to a high standard inside and out.  There are 3 different outside eating areas and a roof top seating area, perfect to watch the sunset or admire the panoramic views of Kalkan Bay and the Islands.  

 

Excellent terracing, gardens, balconies and a very large roof terrace.  Superb views throughout, the Taurus Mountains to the rear of the villa and Kalkan Bay to the front.  Beautiful setting on the Taurus hillside overlooking Kalkan bay.

 

Quiet Location close to Kalkan center for restaurants and shops and approx. 15 mins to the local beach / sea / harbor but far enough away that you are not disturbed.
 

Travelling with babies or toddlers the villa is equipped with all you'd need and the pool terrace can be closed off for child safety.

Spend a day out at sea on one of the gullets then come 'home' and have a bar-b-q on the roof surrounded by fantastic views while watching the sun set.  Heavenly.  Relax in the cool inside after a long day on the beach and watch a DVD.  Swim laps in the pool, read on the lounger, sway in the hammock, enjoy a game of table tennis or just snooze, everything is here to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

With the available food shopping, cleaning & full range of amenities including those for children, it is ideal for couples coming on holiday together & equally comfortable for a family or families sharing. Guests have the added advantage of the owner being on hand to offer information or help if needed.
